Viking toaster

This Viking toaster replaces a Krups model that I had for 13 yrs in my commercial kitchen at home. It looks great but the toasting takes a bit longer than with the Krups model and the end product is a bit "drier". Other than that, I really like it and hope to have it for a long time.
