Very Nice and a great price!

I bought this microwave for a remodel that we were doing for which I had installed Frigidaire silver mist appliances. I was going to buy the Frigidaire microwave, but it had bad reviews regarding the stability of the control pad. After reading lots of reviews, I chose this Whirlpool, and it is awesome. It's very pretty, has a dull stainless sheen that perfectly matches my other appliances, and works well. The only negative note was after we opened the packaging, there was a dent on the back left corner, indicating that it had been dropped during shipment, and we didn't notice it until it was completely unpacked. However, it works fine, and that corner was completely hidden when it was installed above the stove. My husband had no problem installing it and we couldn't be more pleased!

Make sure you check measurements

I ordered this because it was very reasonably priced and powerful (1,000 watts). I went by the width measurement (31"). It is huge, you could fit a 50lb turkey in that thing. Unfortunately if you are trying to install it over the counter and have standard size cabinets it won't fit. It is much deeper than a standard upper cabinet and weighs 65 pounds! I am sure it is a five in performance if you have room to install it. I gave it three stars because even though I am the one that did not pay proper attention to measurements, they allowed me to return it ($120 to ship it back). I also had it for some time prior to returning because I had a couple of contractors come out to try and install (all said it was too big). I will update the review when I find out how long it takes to issue the refund, but they were very responsive to my emails. I was impressed with customer service. I have ordered from them before (EnVive Home) and will certainly order from them again.

Wealthy for the money. Works great. Just wish had more push buttons for defrosting, instead of reading instructions every time
