A blender worth splurging on

Truth be told, we probably would not have got this blender had it not been a gift. That said, holy moley, this is a great blender. We use it at home, but I can see why this would be a great blender for a bar or other commercial establishment. We have smoothies every day and the Madness performs far better than any blender we have EVER had including ones that were supposed to be "commercial" quality. This one is the real deal.I'll just get right to the reasons why, if you are looking at a high-end blender, this might be the one:- It blends evenly and thoroughly.- Large pitcher.- Easy pour spout.- Easy clean, rinse and no screw on bottom.- Study build.- Simple design: low, high, pulse.- Snug top with removable center to add as you blend.The only downside that I can think of is that it is not at all trendy looking and looks commercial. This is a working bar kind of blender, so it doesn't have to be fancy, it just needs to blend. And blend it does! Should you decide to pick this one up, there is no way you will be disappointed.
