Quicker salads for good nutrition

I love shredded carrots, beets, broccoli stems and maybe throw in a dozen wholealmonds. The Universal Slicer/Shredder makes this easier than any appliance I'veever tried. The ingredients taste fresher than those in the "salad-pak" typeproducts available. It's an investment I think will pay off.

Great kitchen helper

I got the slicer/shredder attachment about a year ago and have been very pleased with it ever since. I use the shredder for large blocks of cheese as well as veggies like zucchini and carrots, and the french fry attachment also works great on veggies and even hard cheese. High quality item that cuts down on time and hand fatigue cutting veggies and cheese for me.
