Most versatile kitchen gadget

I absolutely love this kitchen gadget! It's very versatile and so easy to use and change out parts. I have had it for only a couple of weeks and I must confess that it has already paid for itself... I just wish it had a case to keep all the parts together and organized. I am starting a personal chef biz and I anticipate that I'll be using this gadget more than all my other tools except my knife set of course...thanks Dualit for making such a great product.
