Working great for near a year now. We keep it in the pantry and the noise is minimal. Will need to defrost the shleves though.

The perfect half freezer for my needs. I like the energy saving aspect in that the motor shuts down when the door has been closed for an extensive period of time and the inner temp maintains itself. It holds the perfect amount of overflow meats and frozen foods for my large family. I had a larger freezer that held twice as much but a lot of the food gets lost and ignored! Smaller is better for usage and consumption.*The door has trouble closing as it sort of bounces when slammed shut and pops open. Therefore, frost results and makes it worse. I have defrosted it a few times but the problem persists and I am going to secure it with a Velcro strap. I still feel it is very functional.
