Almost perfect!

We bought this unit from Amazon, and it arrived in perfect condition. The description says it includes three nitrogen cylinders, but none were included. This is something of a bummer, because they cost about $20 a pop (5 for $99).The unit cools well, and quietly (as far as I can tell, because there are other refrigerators in the room). Once I received some nitrogen cylinders, I was able to get it working. It seems to work exactly as you would expect. Be aware that the lowest setting in 45 degrees.If you are going to use this unit in a commercial setting, you will probably want a bulk adapter so that you can feed it off a b ottle of nitrogen or argon. This will save money in the long run over buying the $20 cylinders. I haven't gone through that much wine yet, so we are still on the first nitrogen cylinder. I wasn't able to find any estimate for how much wine a single cylinder will dispense.

Do NOT BUY this machine

I bought this wine dispenser 1 month ago & it did not come with the argon gas cylinder. The unit is big & bulky. The user manual says it uses standard industry gas cylinder ... there is nothing standard about it. I attempted to buy the gas cylinder on-line twice, and had to return both because the connectors just won't fit. I also called Vinotemp helpdesk asking for suggestions & was given a vendor's name, but ended up the vendor only sell for industrial use, nothing small for commercial. After weeks of research, I finally realized that Vinotemp does sell gas cylinder for this wine dispenser, however, it's very costly. It will take you $4-5 to preserve a bottle. I return the dispenser at the end.

How bad was this? I threw it away after 2 months of owning it. It's crazy loud and clattery. It's hard to get the bottles to seal. But worst of all, the replacement cartridges work out to something like $6/bottle! Their support says you can get them for cheaper at "hobby stores" but can't provide any actual links. Don't get this.
