very disappointed

We bought this mostly for its compact design, after our Maytag Neptune died. It was not cheap. I was disappointed to find that the machine is quite noisy, at least compared with our old unit. The dealbreaker is the dryer: it simply does not get clothes dry at any but the highest setting, and then only after running for an exceedingly long time. If it were an inexpensive machine, I guess it would be okay, but at this price it's not acceptable.

Works great but a bit noisy

This laundry center is a perfect solution for small spaces. It has the added advantage of being a very energy efficient appliance. The various features give the user many options for handling different laundering needs. The spin cycles are a bit noisy, especially a low frequency humming sound felt throughout the house. I haven't fully evaluated the drying cycles, but I have found that the settings for "Less Dry" tend to over dry the clothes. Also, it would be nice to have the option of a bell or buzzer to let you know when the dryer cycle completes.
