LG Washer/Dryer

I bought the LG Electric Dryer instead of gas dryer by mistake, but decided to keep it. I found the unit works very well and dries the clothes fast and efficient. LG washer works very well as the machine analyzes the load weight and washes in most efficient way possible. Love the products and its looks in my home.

Research Before You Spend a Dollar on LG Products

The LG Front Loader Washer and Dryer are terrible price and quality is the worse. After the first 12 months, everything started to break down. Always read review from Amazon before you purchased any LG products.I bought out LG Washer and Dryer through Best Buy and now they closed the local store. The retailer asked us to contact LG manufacturer. LG asked me to work with the retailer because I did not register with them. Nobody stand behind their products or attempt to fix anything but passing me around after a long wait time. Based on our lengthy discussions, I assured you that LG Tech Support Center is clueless and never see their own product in their life. After described terrible problems with BOTH LG Washer and Dryer, I offered LG manager if I can send pictures of their defective products along with papers but their policy is not supposed to receive anything. Like DMV, if the call got drop, you have to call back and stand in line from the beginning and then went through the entire process again.Moral lesson: Watch out for fast talking sales people to offer you Extended Warranty and nice shinning 10 Years Engine Guarantee Logo from LG. Buy everything through Amazon. All the record are available and Amazon will protect their customers as humanly as possible.
