5Great Washer
By Sharon
This is a very good washer that has all the cycles, etc. I could want. It replaces a front load Kenmore that we had for 10+ years. The capacity is very large. It holds about 1.5 times as much as our old washer. Results are good. Only complaint, and this is very minor, is that the bleach cup is always full of water. So, if you want to use bleach, you have to pull the bleach cup out and empty it every time. I consulted the manual and it said basically, "if the cup is full of water, empty it before use". My old Kenmore had the same problem, so this must be a generic washer problem. I don't use bleach often, so it's not a big deal, but it's honestly the only problem I've had with the washer. We've had it about six weeks or so. I highly recommend this washer.A couple of things to keep in mind.... Amazon's partners may offer "free delivery", but when I called, turned out it was free delivery but not free set-up and the set-up was $150 more. So, I ended up going with H*** D**** instead, as they included free delivery and set up. Also, check with your water and power providers. I got a $50 rebate from the gas & electricity company and a $85 rebate from the water company, so that really made it a good deal.
