Works good

I only use it for my bedroom and it works great. If you have a large room to cool I would get larger BTU rating. Not loud but its not quiet. I would recommend for small spaces

Defective Upon Arrival

Unit arrived and upon plugging in it went into default setting of operation. Any attempt we made to adjust the temperature or other functions of the unit failed. Batteries were replaced in remote and still no adjustments could be made. Attempts to return through EvVive Home have been very frustrating. We suggest you try a different product. In default settings it is very loud during operation.
