Granton Chair

Both my wife and I like this chair. We have been using it for about 1 month now,quality and price can't be beat. Amazon delivered to our home in Western N.Y. in 5 days. Not bad considering it was shipped from a warehouse in Tenn. Again it's well made,has good adjustable lumbar support and handles my frame (5'10-240lbs). It took me about 1hr&1/2 to assemble, even though I have a bad back. The hardest part of the assembly was to align the arms to rear side on the back of the chair. Make sure you have enough light that you can fasten the bolts correctly. The side armrest to the seat goes on easily,but to the back can be difficult. If you have someone to assist,do so. Should cut your time of assembling in half. This is the 4th computer chair we've purchased and is the best,we highly recommend it....5 stars!

Decent chair

One thing that isn't made clear on this or any other chair is that is made of bonded leather (google it.) Now, this is a very good chair,comfortable and well made. I am totally satisfied with it and would recommend it. Only time will tell regarding wear though. If you were to get a top grain leather chair like this it would cost well over a thousand. So....there you go.I treated it with a leather protector product I got here on Amazon in the hopes that it will help with longevity - /gp/product/B003IS3HV0Assembly was pretty easy, took about 15-20 min. One thing I wish all of the manufacturers would do is offer an option of soft casters for wood floors or hard for carpet. I was dreading having to buy a plastic mat to protect my wood floors and didn't realize they even MADE a soft caster. Went and bought a set of those and no damage to the floors.Update 4/21/2013: This is the ONLY chair I have bought that hasn't split at the seams at either the arms or seat area. In fact it still looks brand new. I hope this helps anyone that is looking at longevity.

Chair can handle a very tall and heavy person. The seat is very wide and the lumbar support is heavenly. Looks great and was shipped to us in 3 days!
