The hot water dispenser stopped working after 2 months

This water dispenser is compact, sleek and has a nice modern look to it. The water tastes great and any 5-gallon or less bottle will fit in it, regardless of brand (so don't let them con you into ordering the "special" Primo brand 5 or 3 gallon bottles. Any type will do.) We get ours at Price Chopper where they have a refilling station as well. We've had our Primo water dispenser for 7 months now and the cold and luke warm water dispensers still work, but my only complaint is that the hot water dispenser which actually dispensed really hot water, broke after 2 months. It just doesn't heat the water anymore. Granted, we did use it every morning in our french press to make coffee and it was super convenient! But I was bummed when it stopped working after such a short period of time. So If you are purchasing a water dispenser and plan to use the hot water setting a lot, then I would go with a different one.
