This item was given as a gift to my church for use in family night suppers. Its size, apparent quality construction and price were the factors that influenced its purchase. There have been no issues so far.

MY SECOND AROMA I'VE ORDERED... AND IT TOO IS BROKEN!

My first one NEVER worked. Not once. Had to send it back. Thought I'd give this newer model a chance. The lid was warped, so it didn't seal correctly. Steam escaped from one whole side of the cooker, never giving the steam a chance to cook the rice. Arrrghhh... I WILL NEVER BUY AN AROMA PRODUCT AGAIN!
