Owner for over two years and runs great!

I purchased this item from Discount Tommy over two years ago. I use it every weekend for the family or football games or whatever. The popcorn is great, the machine cleans very easily and I haven't had a single problem. This is a VERY sturdy machine made of steel framing and not plastic which holds up well. I highly recommend this Pickford Popper and Discount Tommy for this and the supplies.

Very satisfied.

I purchased this machine a few years ago and it has worked very well. No mechanical problems. Great for parties and backyard carnivals. Product had a small crack in the door when it arrived that was very hard to see. I contacted the company and they immediately sent a brand new door. I did not have to return the broken one so I thought they gave fast and great customer service.

What a piece of junk!- The cooking element failed on the first batch. Total loss.- User manual is terrible, and appears to be for the wrong machine: has assembly instructions for the wagon, but this product doesn't have a wagon, and there are no assembly instructions for the cooker.- Environmentally unfriendly packaging. In addition to the main box, there were two large pieces of formed styrofoam and 7 pieces of slab styrofoam (not recyclable in my area), two other cardboard containers, and 9 plastic bags. There is no way this could be re-packed to be returned.
