The Artesian series coolers are a contemporary design with stainless steel panels to match modern kitchen decor. The cooler is equipped with Oasis' patented WaterGuard system that will eliminate spills during bottle changes and reduces the chance for dust and dirt to enter the cooler reservoir. The water cooler electrical specifications are 115-Volt, 60 Hertz. Water cooler compressor is 1/20 hp. Three wire service cord and polarized plug is included. The bottle is not included with the cooler.

Defective Unit

The cooler arrived excellently packaged but broken which means it had to be put in the box broken. Oasis sent out a repair part right away (thank you) but the cooler never really got COLD. It got cool but not cold. We returned the unit. I cannot speak about the reliability of other units from this company.

Worth the extra money

So far I'm very pleased with this water cooler. The only thing that I can say about it that might be negative is it could be quieter.

Only one complaint. Noise. However, I think it's no worse than its competition. Water is cold and hot at all times. I highly recommend.
