This unique SmartShelf technology is fully automatic with no buttons to push or dials to set. Great product

We love this unit. What a time saver. I put my leftovers in every morning. Lunch time rolls around, whenever that is, my food is hot and waiting. Food tastes better. Once in awhile the guy I work with brings in fish. When he used a microwave to heat his food, it stunk up the whole place. Now, when he uses the Macrowave, I don't smell a thing. We threw the microwave away. We bought ours from the manufactures web site but it is great to see it on Amazon. Buy this!

Great idea but needs improvement

I love the concept and the way it works but there are some problems in opinion. The shelves are not large enough to hold a normal size plate or about 80% of my dishes or cookware. The shelves are not adjustable and they are not very tall to begin with and most of my dishes/cookware do not fit.

Work got the 8 place macrowave for us, the ONLY problem I have is trying to find space in it!!!GREAT working appliance. I put my lunch in there when I get to work and when I goto break the food is PERFECT and ready to eat!!!! I am looking into getting my own for home!!!! I REALLY like this appliance!!!!!
