Great Little Fridge with Freezer

I use my Danby as my only fridge in a single-person household replacing an old large inefficient full sized fridge/freezer.My Danby is able to maintain the proper below 40 degrees in the fridge and below 0 degrees in the freezer as mandated by the USDA (US Dept of Agriculture) for safe refrigeration. I am monitoring these temperatures with different thermometers in the fridge and freezer.The attractive features are properly described in the product description.This Great Fridge is definitely the Little Fridge that could ...and is doing a job of a Big Fridge in a smaller package.

Bought this one to replace my old Emerson 2-Door Compact Refrigerator (dead after 4 years). The refrigerator section is much colder than the Emerson. When I set the thermostat at 5 (total is 6), the milk I put in the door storage will has some ice in it. The temp of Emerson compact refrigerator is not stable. This one is better, and also quieter. Really love this refrigerator. But the packaging box of Danby is not strong. So make sure the refrigerator is not damaged when you receive the item.

I had purchased a Haier through Amazon and it was noisey then stopped working before 3 months were up. Amazon took it back no problem. So I started looking for another one and found this one. It is whisper quite, medium energy use and have had no problems. I would recommend it.
