No Tech Support

Dryer worked fine for a while, but then it started making really loud noises even though it was still working. I called whirlpool for tech support, only to learn that they do not provide that service. They referred me to an authorized serviceman to come to my home for a gazillion dollars. Given what I paid for the dryer, I would think they could provide tech support like all other high end appliance companies do.

I just got my dryer it took some time to get here so the shipping is ok. And i didn't know but dryers don't come with cords something to do with diff plugs for diff houses >.< learn something new every day. so that was a not so fun fact to find out when it got opened lol but i went and picked one up . So u might want to order a cord along with your dryer. other then that the dryer is awesome and i am very happy with it :)
