Great for 2 months, then it died

This unit was new in the home we purchased and we were satisfied with it for the 2 months that we were able to use it. Then it just completely died. We pulled it out from the counter, plugged it in other outlets...nothing. Checked the fuse in the unit, it was good. Called Sharp to get it serviced. They are insisting that the builder provide the invoice for the unit or they won't cover it. So begins the hassle, trying to get Sharp to stand behind a bad product. Microwaves should just work, and most of them do.Have a look at other reviews for this and similar units on Amazon. I saw 15 others on one page that gave 1 star reviews for similar issues on the same model. This unit has some real issues.

Love it, love it

I cannot say enough good things about this product. It came to us new with no defects, scratches, dents, etc. Works like a charm and looks beautiful in my newly remodeled kitchen. I would highly recommend microwave and company.
