Great Microwave

My wife and I are very impressed with this microwave.It was installed by me and I have to admit it looks GREATin the kitchen. We fired it up and it cooked GREAT withno problems. For the cost and and Great looks of thismicrowave and dependability I would surly by this productagain.

Handle Broke

Got this microwave from Best Buy 3 months ago. Handle just came off the door yesterday. I had read reviews about this problem before purchase but assumed it would not happen to me. Went to Samsung's website and made appt for repair service next week. Will see what happens but will definitely NOT RECOMMEND this product.

i was very leary about ordering an appliance through the mail. this microwave came packaged excellent. not a scratch on it. easy instructions, came with the filters too. i love it.
