Sorry, I bought this item prior to my days at amazon. I have no complains about this maker. It is fully programmable. How much froth for cappuccino and how much coffee to brew. If you use a good bean you will receive a great cup of either espresso or cappuccino.Very easy to use and very easy to program. Cleaning the machine is the key to a good result. Enjoy your brewing with this machine, I am.

This machine makes Great espresso and fast. Cleaning is easy. The hot water and and hot milk option is great too.
