The fabric is resistant to oils/lubes over the width of the fabric, care must be taken at the seams which are not waterproof. Easy to clean too. just load in the washer for delicate cold wash then dry without hot air. Viola -- squeaky clean and ready for another round of Nuru Massage Night!
