Kitchenaid KA 5 speed blender

This blender is outstanding, in just a few seconds you can have a protein shake or whatever you want to blend. I like the fact that the pitcher and base do not have to be taken apart to clean. I really am enjoying this blender and would recommend it. Kitchenaid had created a great product.

Motor Smells?

I like it but the motor smells sometimes. It did it more when it was newer, but now afta a couple of weeks it smells less. It works way better than my old Oster beehive. I put whole flax seeds in my smoothies and this baby pulverized 'em. I like it, and it's still a lot cheaper that VitaBigBuck. I'm optimistic
