Love this vacuum!

Ive owned this vacuum for 6 months. I dont know what people are talking about with suction, even after this long I've never had a suction problem and I think it cleans just as good as the day I got it. I clean the filters probably once every 45 days, and empty the canister whenever it starts to gets full, and it has NEVER been anything but great with suction. I love the attachments as I have cats. Honestly I prefer this vacuum over my mothers Oreck and Kirby. Definitely recommend this vacuum.

good deal for the price

I bought this vacuum on amazon about 1 year ago. I have a big german shepherd mix and 2 fluffy cats. The vacuum is very good getting rid of their fur. Sometimes is hard to believe that we had so much in the carpet! The side brush works really well for clothes and fabric couches too. It's not excessively heavy and easy to push around when the vacuum is on because the suction is strong and help move the vacuum. I also use on tile/wood floor occasionally and it works fine. Easy to clean and put it back together. Now, cleaning the stairs is difficult because the attachments are not very long and do not stretch easily. Overall, great deal for the money.

I have had the Eureka Pet Expert for over one year and can rave about it. We have several new wool rugs that produce and incredible amount of "fluff", two active kids and a short-haired dog that sheds like a long-haired one. This vacuum sucks it right up. I have to empty the canister several times on the family room rug alone, which gets vacuumed three times a week. The pet brush attachment is fantastic considering we have a white dog and chocolate brown sofas in the living room, brown ones in the family room and tan ones in the media room. I have two filters and switch them once a month and wash the one that I am not using since it takes several days for the filter to dry. I agree with other reviewers about the length of the hose being to short. We have two stair cases and I have to drag it right next to me just so I don't have to worry about it falling down the stairs.I am considering purchasing another so I can keep one upstairs and one downstairs.
