I bought this cooler 2 months ago. There was something wrong last week, but the customer are responsed quickly and fix it. I think it's good and will buy it next time.

Defective product

If you are ever in the market for a wine chiller, AVOID VINOTEMP LIKE THE PLAGUE! The top shelf on mine was installed incorrectly, reducing the capacity by eight bottles. The electronic controls had a glitch where I had to turn off the unit and back on before I could adjust the temperature. And after barely a year and a half of use, the unit has a freon leak. $900 down the drain.
