Great Dryer, terrible repair support

I purchased this dryer and matching washer and they are great. The problem started when my 80 year old mother broke the dryer. She dropped something down the lint trap and it messed up the fan blades. I live in the Baltimore-Washington D.C. area so you would think that there would be at least a few repair companies in the area. Well, there is one company and they could not fix it after three visits in two weeks. Part of the problem is Samsung would not send them the entire component that needed to be replaced, So they had to be creative with the broken part and the piece that Samsung could send. The dryer was less than a month old and still under warranty. Samsung policy is that you must wait 2 weeks before they will consider replacement. It took another week to get approval for the replacement. All in all, 4 weeks without a dryer and having to take laundry to the local laundry mat and many hours on the phone with the repair company and Samsung (mostly on hold). Not what I expected with something that new. If I had to do again, I would buy something more main stream with better maintenance support.

No drying rack exists for this model

I chatted with a Samsung's rep - apparently they do not make a compatible drying rack for this model. How do I dry the sneakers???
