Very unhappy

My dryer broke. The repair man said the computer control board was bad. I bought this one listed as "new" and "in stock". I paid for the fastest possible shipping. Several days passed when the seller called me to say the product was not in stock. Waited about four more days for product to arrive. Scheduled repairman to come and install part. Part immediately showed an "error code" which indicated that the part was bad and needed replacement!!! Simply ridiculous! I ended up buying a brand new dryer!! Requested refund through AmazonPrime and have yet to hear back after several days! This entire experience has been BAD. Currently I'm into a new dryer for $500 and I'm out $176 for the defective part! Had I known I'd have skipped all of this and just bought the new dryer to begin with. Ugh! Such BS

Control board

It did exactly as promised. I have had it in my machine for over a month and I have had no issues. Plugged right in and worked.
