This is the only way to go.

Higher psi, sink-size washable, versatile, energy efficient, buy once and use for a lifetime. I have used a Fagor for several years- the 10 qt. with the long handle. Use it every week or so, very satisfied. A great way to make large quantities for several people to take home or to freeze. The best in my view. Also I wanted stainless steel instead of aluminum for health safety reasons.

I made two meals in the cooker since I got it. They turned out great. It is an obviously well made and designed product. was easy to learn, and the free DVDS with it were very helpful.

What a great product. We use it on an inductive stove, and it is wonderful. We use the NuWave, program it for the time after it starts, and then walkaway and let it depressurize naturally. Works like a champ, easy to cleanup, and no problems. I like being able to clean the pressure head so easy. Sturdy and strong, and since it is stainless, we do not worry about what else is getting into the food other than what is in the vessel. We probably use it twice or three times a week.
