Purchased this unit several weeks back. My family and I are very very pleased with the performance of this washer. Quiet, and washes our clothing to the cleaning extent. veryu powerful as well. The price cannot be beat from Amazon.com... as always. I highly recommend this washer if you are looking for a washer to do the right job and at a great price if you have a family of 3-4 and up.

Good Washer, But Poor Rating For the Seller...

I ordered this washer in mid-October 2012. I was given an estimated time of arrival which was about 2 weeks out. I didn't see it for FOUR WEEKS! When I had yet to receive it after the two weeks, I contacted the shipper to see what was going on and they said that the SELLER had failed to deliver the washer to them on time and they only ship out every other week. The seller told me it had already shipped even though it clearly hadn't. They refused to do anything for me and I still had to pay full price for everything. Oh, and the description for this says it's "4.2 Cu Ft.", it's really 4.05 Cu Ft according to the actual manual to the washer.Other than a very poor experience with the seller and their poor communication with their customers and the company they use for shipping, the washer has been overall okay. It's not whisper quiet, but still quieter than any top loader I've ever owned. It does get lots of water out of the clothes on the max spin cycle so it has definitely cut down on dryer time, and I have an older maytag dryer. Since it is a front loader it's advised to leave the door open at all times and never leave your clothes in it. I follow this as well as leave the soap dispenser open and I still had a mold problem, which I wasn't very happy about. I was very excited to get this washer after looking up reviews all over the internet on it, but it really hasn't lived up to what I thought it would be like. If I did this over again, I would probably go to an actual appliance store and look at them in person and do much more research and get something else.
