My father (a beginner juicer) loves it!

I am a veteran juicer, my father is a beginner juicer, my father was just diagnosed with Liver Disease. He has always been a big believer in traditional medicine, I have always been a big believer in Homeopathic Medicine. When this health problem came up I asked him to open his mind to using homeopathic techniques along with his traditional approach. He agreed to try some of my methods. I bought him this juicer for his birthday, i am happy to report he loves juicing! I asked him to write his honest thoughts on this juicer down. This is what he said ... The Big Boss juicer I received as a gift. I had never juiced prior to receiving the Big Boss. It is a very well made machine that has clearly been designed to last. Many of the parts are ceramic. Not only does this insure a long life for those parts, but it also makes them very easy to wash and clean. I found the Big Boss easy to assemble and even easier to use. It is also easy to disassemble for cleanup. I have only used the Big Boss daily for a couple of weeks, but I can all ready set up the machine, juice the fruits and vegetables, drink the juice, disassemble and thoroughly clean the machine and do it in less than 20 minutes. I don't know the cost, as it was a gift, but I would highly recommend this product. If the price is reasonable, I would rate it at 5 out of 5. If it's pricey, I would still rate it at 4 out of 5. It is a very nice machine and I love it!Love you Dad (thank you big boss!)

i purchased this juicer from my local bed bath and it was missing the instruction book, i reached out to emsoninc.com as it sates on the box and literally within 12 minutes i was email a pdf of the instruction manual and a recipe book as well as a tracking number for a hard copy in the mail, now that deserves a 5star review. in addition to that. everything was so simple to put together and use.. now i have been looking for a slow juicer for quote sometime and since i own other big boss products this was the most affordable in the market with a 2 year warranty which i know a company this reputable will honor. so i purchased it and highly recommend anyone looking for slow juicer to purchase the big boss slow juicer (vitapress)

Cheap Materials

I chose this rating because, the materials are cheap plastic. The large juicing cap broke within three weeks of using this juicer. I tried to contact customer service, and the first individual I spoke with didn't even know the product I was calling about. The second person identified the broken pieces and said that he would mail to me. That was about a month ago. I can hardly use the juicer without the replacement parts. The grinder is also plastic and not strong at all. Carrots need a hard pressure to get ground.I wanted to send this back, but was a week late on the option.I will never by any Big Boss products again.
