PIC DOES NOT MATCH MODEL

Either they have the incorrect picture or incorrect model listed here. I own a Whirlpool WTW4910XQ(0) and I can state they do not match up. See my customer Pic.The following review is a copy from my review at at C o s t c o w e b s i t e where I paid about 1/2 the price listed here.I would like to address the one comment by a reviewer who wrote that he/she was unable to add cloths after the machine was started. Unless I have a newer model, I am able to on mine by pressing the START button. Whatever cycle the machine is in it stops and unlocks the lid. Press the start button again and proceeds on the cycle it was in. Press and hold the Start button for three seconds, and it cancels whatever cycle it is in.Now to the details. The group of switches on the far left is the Load size, ranging from EX Small-Small-Med-Large and Super. Next is the Temperature control which has the settings of Cold-Cool-Warm and Hot. On the right of that group is this odd Fabric Softener On or Off with the option of an Extra Rinse . Fabric softener is dispensed from inside the agitatorThe large dial to the far right is the washing cycle with Normal Heavy-Regular and Light and Casual Normal -Regular and Light.Two interesting features also on the Dial is the Drain & Spin and a Rinse & Spin.Drain and Spin is for thick items like comforters and towels than you may want to remove excess water before you place in the dryer. There is no water used in this functionThe Rinse and Spin is a great option for me if you have pet hair or sand in your laundry and want it to go through an extra rinse cycle.Now my machine has two options that are now displayed or mentioned in the manual and that is a Soak cycle and a Super Wash.Laundry tip # 1: To retain the color of newly purchased clothes add 1 cup white distilled vinegar in the agitator (the fabric softener dispenser) and set to RINSE & SPIN or do what I do and save an old 1 gallon milk jug add 1/2 cup vinegar and fill the jug with cool water. Place the new dry garment(s) in the washer, pour the vinegar-water solution over garment(s) and set washer to DRAIN & SPIN.Laundry tip # 2: Do you ever get those dark oil-grease stains that are almost impossible to remove from Laundry? Purchase a can of liquid lighter fluid and pour a small amount on the stain, enough to cover and wash as usual. I can almost guarantee those stains will come out.The only complaints I have with this model is that there is no detergent dispenser. The manual just calls for you to dump the detergent in first then add then add your laundry. Second complaint is the small tub. Smaller than my last washer.Over all I am fairly pleased with my machine . It cleans sufficiently; I would purchase again.Update: I have two corduroy shirts that are a lint magnet. I put them both in the washer and ran the Rinse-Spin cycle. Most of the lint was removed (about 95%). Add 1 cup white distilled vinegar to a large pot of water, bring it to a rolling boil and drop in the articles. Let soak overnight.Some stains on clothing and linens can be soaked out using equal parts milk and white distilled vinegar.Before washing a mustard stain, dab with white distilled vinegar.Attack spaghetti, barbecue, or ketchup stains with a white distilled vinegar and water solution.Remove perspiration odor and stains on clothing, as well as those left by deodorants, by spraying full-strength white distilled vinegar on underarm and collar areas before tossing them into the washing machine.Forgot that you left wet laundry in the machine and it now smells moldy? Pour a few cups of white distilled vinegar in the machine and wash the clothes in hot water. Then run a normal cycle with detergent.Remove smoky odors from clothes by filling the bathtub with very hot water and 1 cup white distilled vinegar. Hang the garments above the steaming water and shut the door so the steam can penetrate the fibers.Keep the steam iron clean and in good working order by getting rid of mineral deposits in steam vents and spray nozzles. Also I like Ecos all natural laundry detergentEliminate manufacturing chemicals from new clothes by adding 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar to the water.Remove soap scum and clean the hoses of your washing machine with white distilled vinegar. Periodically run the machine with only a cup of white distilled vinegar in it--nothing else added to the wash cycle.Bring out bright colors by adding 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar to the rinse cycle.Fluff up wool or acrylic sweaters (hand- or machine-washed) and rid them of soap smell with 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar in the last rinse water.Get rid of the tiny holes left along the hemline when you take out the hem of any garment by moistening a cloth with white distilled vinegar, placing it under the fabric and ironing.
