    5Great Washer
    By JackWagon
I purchased this washer/dryer pair about three months ago, replacing a 12year old kenmore top loader. I was concerned about vibration, odor, how the machine would hold up etc. But so far it has been an excellent performer. I will take note from the other reviewer and jot down the serial number, just in case.My biggest thumbs up is savings in water and reduced drying time. The washer does an excellent job of cleaning clothes, which is amazing considering I hardly ever see any water in the tub. I use the highest spin speed for any given cycle I'm running and the clothes come out practically dry. 30 to 45 minutes are all that needed for the dryer to finish them off.I've used just about every cycle so far including the eco cold. I couldn't tell the difference between that and warm but I still use warm water mostly out of habit.I decided to build my own platform instead of paying $400+ for Samsung platforms (that's a total rip off). Our upstairs wash room is not very large, so I just used some 2 x 4s, screwed them into the wall studs then placed a heavy sheet of plywood on top of that. I was able to raise them about 12in off he floor which is a good working height. There is practically no vibration from the washer. Even spinning at high speed. Finally as a precaution, I do use a small towel to dry the washer door and rubber door seal after the last load finishes. There is usually some water on these surfaces and I think over time it would cause a problem. This washer does have a self cleaning cycle but I haven't had to run it yet.Overall this is just a phenomenal appliance. I can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design and execution. Couldn't be more pleased.

    5VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
    By Margaux Paschke
I recently moved and needed to replace a lot of appliances, a washing machine and dryer being the most important (boys + pets = lots of laundry). I decided on this one based on the features provided and the sales pitch helped, I just crossed my fingers hoping for the best after I read the reviews posted here. Thankfully, all the buttons and digital functions delivered what they promised and I am a very happy customer! It's a front loading washer and I did not purchase the pedestal for this washer. It works for our family which ranges from 5' to 6'. I love the all the varied features this washer provides and reading the instruction booklet is necessary for some (My Cycle). There are dedicated buttons for "Delay Start", "Extra Spin" (love this for thick towels or bedding), "Extra Rinse" and "My Cycle" (programmable for your most often used setting) with the ability to adjust degrees of temperature, spinning, soil level and signal volume. The main dial for washing includes 13 settings (!) including, "Bedding Plus" setting as well as "Sanitize", "Stain Away" and "Deep Steam." All of these setting work great! Although I do use stain remover in addition to the "Stain Away" setting.Having two active boys, a husband who loves the outdoors, two dogs that love rolling in the dirt and then distributing that dirt to anyone nearby, I do LOTS AND LOTS of laundry. I love anything that makes my life easier and this washer performs minor miracles, taking anything I throw at it and cleaning it. I use it every day and the water usage is low (which is key when you have a cesspool). A big plus is that this washer is very quite and does not shake like others I have owned.I am not a big fan of housework and laundry is not a favorite chore, although this washer might change my mind. I highly recommend this washer and have no complaints even after daily use for 3 months. I will report back if there are any problems.UPDATE>>> 7 months later and I still love this machine! It still washes an average of 1-2 loads a day with no issues.

    5Great for cloth diapers!
    By Jane Eyre Supergirl
I've had this washer (and the matching dryer) for almost a year now and I am so in love with it. Beautiful, easy machine and it has so many great settings that make it super easy for my husband and I to cloth diaper our youngest child.
