Spence bed pad

Bought this for someone confined to a bed, really helped with the comfort and prevention of bed sores.I would highly recommend this, but a water proof cover can be helpful in keeping it clean/dry.

makes memory foam bed comfortable

Although I didn't buy it for this purpose, I have placed my Silicore bed pad over my side of our new, expensive Tempurpedic memory foam mattress which was hurting my back but which my husband loves and doesn't want to return. I went from sleeping without pain on our old mattress to a new mattress which had me waking in the middle of the night every night with my mid-back aching enough I found it hard to sleep. I tried using a regular bed pillow lengthwise under my back which helped a little before I thought to try my Silicore bed pad. I've been sleeping very comfortably with it on my side of the memory foam mattress for the last 2 weeks. I am thinking of buying another one to go on my husbands side just so it will look even when made up. I would recommend this to others who want to get relief from an uncomfortable mattress. The only con is that with just a sheet over it, it makes a little friction noise when moving on it but this is a very minor issue. Also, We have a California king mattress so the length of this works well. It may be too long for a regular length bed without super-deep pocketed sheets.
