Best Appliance Ever

Have used the Steamwave for 1 1/2 years and it's fantastic. Incredible job at steaming fish. Delicious and easy. I use this at least 3x per week and it is so much healthier than other methods of cooking. As long as you keep up with the basic maintenance of discarding the unused water after each use (a 30 second task), and de-scaling it every few months (an automated process) it will last.

Almost great

Unit arrived one day early in good condition. Understandably there is no turntable but it seems to heat evenly when using microwave only which is, of course, it's main use. I have steamed vegies with steam only and I'm completely satisfied. I expected issues when steaming, since the food is placed directly on one of the included stainless trays and the whole cavity is filled with steam, but it works well. I've used " Healthy Cook ", which uses micro-steam-grill in an automatic fashion, twice with good results. Grilling only hasn't been used yet, updates on that and the results of a " marshmallow test " for micro heat distribution later........ My one reason for not giving it five stars is the puny audio of the notification tone. It is very low volume, quite easy to miss.... At this point I'm pleased with the purchase.

So far so good, seems terrific!

Oven is very unique with its 3 features. The steam oven seems to work very well I will post an update later but so far this is avery good value for what you are getting anc companred to built in steam ovens this seems to produce the same output at far less cost. So far I would highly reccomend, can save many pots and pans for steaming!
