SALTER BRECKNELL High Resolution Scale 1gr to 30kgit is a very precise scale i was impressed by thati m a pastry chef and all of my recipes are in grams,so i want my scale to go as low as 1gr and this scale does.the only problem that i have and i contacted SALTER BRECKNELLbut they did not fix or exchange the problem ???Is that when i tare the weight multiple times the scale blocksto the last taring weight ??? so i have to turn off the scaleand turn it back on, it is very annoying and your are onthe rush you waste time doing it..other than that. it is an excellent precise scale.I recommend it...
