great value for price.

bought it to encourage more water in the house. gone through two 5 gallon bottles in a week. awesome cold and hot. terrific being easy to load on bottom without fear of the kids pulling it on themselves. look forward to having this product for a long time. only downside is the amount of water i need to keep on hand. lol

disappointment

It looks nice overall and I almost kept it anyway but the main thing I wanted when I purchases it was ice cold water(which reviews said it had). There is no adjustable thermostat and after calling the factory they told me to send it back for refund. The specs in the manual list it at 37-50 degrees. On its best measurements it was 49.8. It was usually somewhere between that and 52 degrees.
