This free-standing wine cooler has two temperature zones, both which use thermoelectric cooling to ensure that up to 32 bottles of your wine taste as the winemakers intended. The top zone has a temperature range of 54 to 66°F while the lower zone has a temperature range of 46 to 66°F. Both zones can be controlled by the centrally located touch-sensitive control panel featuring a LCD temperature display and temperature adjustment buttons for both the top and lower zones. The control panel also features a light button that controls the blue LED light inside the top temperature zone. The light paired with the tempered glass door give you a clear display from which to view your wines as they chill. Just Okay

The product isn't great, but the customer service was very good. The good is it does the job, and so far the wines we have had in the cooler were great.The bad.This cooler has two settings, but it refuses to allow the bottom section to be warmer than 56 degrees, even with both settings as high as possible. The shelving isn't designed too well, as it's easy to pull the entire shelf out and have bottles fall to the floor. I would also note that French wines are too wide to fit 4 to a shelf, and will not fit height wise without taking out shelves (this isn't a product issue, but I wanted to throw it out there). It's an okay product, not amazing, but probably somewhat in line with the pricing.

There is one problem with this cooler. If this design error has not happened it would be 5 Stars.Here's the problem:The shelves are too close together. So, unless the cooler is entirely stocked with narrow Claret style bottles, you end up having to cram/push the bottles in, spoiling the labels. If like me you have a mix of old world / new world wine and a variety of bottle shapes (including fatter Chardonnay bottles) then this product may be a problem.Such a simple thing they should have thought of. Shame really. Otherwise 5 stars. And it's super quiet.

Over all ok.

The cooler is working as expected, but the room for the bottles, are restricted for the french Burgundy wines. Its a minor problems for the cost of this unit. Will see how it works in over the long haul.
