We have a love/hate relationship

I LOVE the look, I LOVE the functions, and I LOVE how I have had no issues with the dryer and it works great. The washer, on the other hand, I have not been able to use, even after having 2 different technicians/installers out to look at it. I followed the installation directions to the letter, made sure everything was level and solid. The washer does great until it gets to spin. The ENTIRE unit shakes and bounces so hard, I am sure it's going to crack my floor. It literally moves all around the laundry room, hitting walls and dryer. All of this shaking makes is extremely loud and as two people are trying to hold it in place, you literally have to scream at each other to be heard. It made my 3 year old cry. After the first time, we unscrewed the backets and remove the washer, RE-leveled everything and put it back together only to have the same thing happen. It shakes so hard it actually unlocks the leveler feet. I can't use it at all and now I have no idea what to do. I'm thinking maybe a manufacturing defect so my next call will be to Electrolux.
