The 'Cuisinairre Hot Shot' Seven (7) Roller commercial grade hot dog maker features easily removable curved tempered glass (not plastic) cover for sanitary cooking. Stainless steel commercial construction throughout with easily removable stainless drip pan for easy clean up. Heavy duty stainless steel heating rollers thoroughly heat and cook up to 18 hot dogs, sausage or bratwurst. After unit cools, wipe clean with edible grade cooking oil on soft cloth or paper towel. Twin precision thermostats automatically maintain constant temperature. 'Set It-and forget It' dual temperature controls for separate front and rear heat settings. Front control sets temperature on front 3 rollers. Back control sets temperature on back 4 rollers. You can slowly cook 9 hot dogs on back rollers while keeping another 9 warm and ready for serving on front rollers. Red lighted safety On-Off rocker power switch glows red when power is on to indicate rollers are hot. Green lights Indicate when rollers are heating. Heavy duty commercial chain drive with sprockets on each roller and on drive motor (similar to bicycle chain and sprockets) assures long life and quiet operation. Cheaper non-commercial models use belt drive or friction drive which does not last long In hostile environment of heat and grease. Blue safety ground wire shown In picture. The Best

My boyfriend and I bought this hot dog machine and we love it. We cook everything (round) on it. Like sausages, sweet, hot and chinese, brats and even corn on the cob. It takes about 45 min for the sausages. But so worth it. Leaves the meat with a crisp crunchy edge. Not a flame broiled burnt edge like a grill would. Everyone that comes to our house thinks it's the best. It's not like I've seen this in a lot of my friends houses. If your on Amazon looking for one of these hot dog cooking machines. I totaly recommend this one. When I was on here looking for one. I didnt see to many reviews. So I thought it would be a good idea to leave one. Also I am happy with Amazon and the company from which this machine came from.

I bought this product back in December for my husband. He LOVES hotdogs and I thought it would be a great gift for him. It is amazing. Everyone gets to enjoy it. Our guests love it! It works perfect and makes the most amazing hotdogs and sausages. They have the perfect 'pop' when you eat them - as if you were at the ball game. We used this machine all winter long for sporting events and now are enjoying it this summer for our summer fun. It is effortless to cook the hotdogs and sauasges and the food tastes wonderful.

Do Not Buy!!

Terrible product! I ordered 4 of them ALL FOUR broke within 2 months. Just enough time not be able to return them. Do not waste your money.
