WARNING FORMULA CHANGED--NOW TOXIC! Ignore reviews prior to 2013

I have previously used this product in the OLD FORMULA and it was WONDERFUL. The label read "NATURAL / NON-TOXIC / BIODEGRADEABLE" The ingredients list was: Natural enzyme-producing cultures, food grade lime extracts and stabilizers, vegetable-based stabilizers, and filtered water." It was very effective, left no residue on cleaning, and smelled natural and nice. Forget all that now!The NEW formula is a DISASTER. It is slightly less effective, does not smell as good and smells a bit "chemical", and leaves a cloudy residue! The natural, non-toxic and bio-degradeable labling is GONE because they have TOXIFIED the product. Here are the new ingredients from the bottle. Water (filtered), Glycerin (vegetable), Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside (plant based surfactant), C10-16 Alkyl Glucoside (plant based), Laureth 7 (plant based surfactant), Citrus Terpenes, DIPROPYL GLYCOL, BENZISOTHIAZOLINONE, Viable Bacillus CulturesBenzisothiazolinone:Benzisothiazolinone is a heterocyclic compound.Function(s): Preservative; ANTIMICROBIAL"HIGH concerns: Irritation (skin, eyes, or lungs), Occupational hazards; Other MODERATE concerns: ORGAN SYSTEM TOXICITY (non-reproductive); Other LOW concerns: Ecotoxicology""It is a known human immune system toxicant, and also is classified as irritant for skin, eyes and lungs."Dipropylene glycol:Dipropylene glycol is a small molecular weight SYNTHETIC solvent.Laureth-7:"Laureth-7 is a polyethylene glycol-based surfactant; may contain potentially toxic impurities such as Ethylene Oxide and 1,4-dioxane."[See ewg dot org and wikipedia dot com]I WILL NOT BE BUYING THIS PRODUCT ANYMORE. Of Biokleen's 25 scores: 7 "F", 16 "D", 2 "C", NO A or B's. I have seen the new bottles also in the stores with the same ingredients.

Love love love

This item was exactly what I needed. I use cloth diapers on my baby. I noticed an ammonia smell in her diaper. Now it's gone after using biokleen. It's the best. I would recommend this to anyone especially those in need of a odor remover.

Love the product, hate the packaging.

Love the product. Works great on cloth diapers and any other organic stain around the house.An insanely ridiculous amount of packaging! Besides that, it leaked. Packaging is a total fail.
